Warehouse Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize supply chain operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and timely order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution systems and processes
- Proficient in profit loss analysis and cost control measures
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Experience in managing freight transportation and logistics operations
- Demonstrated ability in order fulfillment and inventory management
- Knowledge of production planning techniques to optimize warehouse operations
- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and contract management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
